Athlete Food Tents – Fuel Your Fun!
All portions are small samples, meant to be enjoyed in about 3 bites. Vegetarian options are limited—if you’d like to guarantee a meat-free option, please email events@impowerfl.org by October 1st. We do not accommodate other nutritional requests.
Leg 1: Start strong with a seasonal bagel + cream cheese from Jeff’s Bagel Run 🥯
Leg 2: Spice it up with Gator’s Dockside buffalo chicken tenders (mild spice)—or buffalo cauliflower bites for non-meat eaters 🌶️
Leg 3: Savor Mae Tao & Sons Kitchen 3-inch beef or tofu skewers with small souffle cups of papaya salad 🥗
Leg 4: Finish with Fresh Kitchen’s new Harvest Bar or indulge in their fan-favorite Paleo cookie 🍪
